For us, it’s not just about processes and policies, but mainly about people. That is why we deliberately chose the name People & Culture instead of HR. This name reflects our focus on what really matters: our people and the culture that connects us. We want to create an environment where everyone feels valued, inspired and involved, because we believe this is the key to growth, innovation and success.
Are you a strategic thinker and a people-oriented connector? For our People & Culture department we are looking for a passionate Business Partner.
- You are the first point of contact within our organization in the area of People & Culture;
- You will advise and support managers and employees in the execution of all HR processes; think recruitment, performance dialogue, personal development, career development and sick leave;
- You will advise management in Succession Planning;
- You will develop employment policies and company regulations and answer questions about their application;
- You identify opportunities for (work process) optimizations and initiate improvements, for example in the application of AFAS InSite;
- You are responsible for the quality of personnel administration and prepare monthly payroll; the processing of payroll is outsourced;
- You will develop and prepare periodic reports.
You are a positive-minded, all-round Business Partner who wants to make an impact and you know how to follow through. You want to achieve results. You are open to change and ready to support Circle in its growth to the next phase. You are proactive. You can empathize with others and have organizational sensitivity. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You experience it as challenging to switch between operational and tactical level in your work.
In addition, you possess:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field;
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Experience in applying Dutch labor law and advising on it;
- Experience with AFAS HRM & Payroll and InSite (is a plus);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- high degree of integrity, tact and a “can do” attitude;
- Experience in project-based work.
First of all, a position in which you will dedicate yourself every day to projects with sustainability impact together with enthusiastic and driven colleagues. We do this in a professional and informal atmosphere in which we are always willing to help each other. There are many opportunities to develop yourself, through training and by helping each other and learning from each other. You get the space to take initiative, propose innovations, take responsibility and work independently. And furthermore:
- a competitive salary;
- your monthly salary paid 14 times a year and a result-dependent bonus;
- A personal budget, to be spent on additional vacation days or salary;
- opportunities to develop yourself, such as through training;
- a pleasant “open work space” office in Geleen;
the possibility of working from home for part of the week.
At Circle Infra Partners, it’s all about the people and their quality. You are not a number, but a valued member of the team. We believe in providing our employees with freedom and responsibility. The organization has an informal atmosphere and short lines of communication and thus quick decision-making.
Step into the circle.
