The Customer Service Employee is the first line contact with the client in connection with services provided and to be provided by Circle, Facility & Real Estate. You manage the administration and inform and report to internal and/or external stakeholders, within established instructions, procedures and/or regulations. Furthermore, you work supportively for your colleagues in the Facility and Maintenance department with regard to ensuring the quality of proper and correct services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide (telephone) support to internal and/or external customers and other possible stakeholders, answering their questions, solving problems or referring them to the appropriate party.
- Monitoring the progress of the planning, reviewing (contract) agreements made and identifying deviations if necessary.
- 1st point of contact for the suppliers regarding the work to be carried out according to agreement with the customer or additional customer requirements.
- Assist in solving daily problems, handling them and optimizing results.
- Support in the implementation of monitoring rounds for services provided.
- Help build the future of the department.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and processes and implementations.
- Collect, review and process (changes in) data in the records as well as manage these records. Ensuring that current and accurate information is available and/or in support of decision making.
- Supply data and/or prepare overviews and/or (management) reports, interpret, analyze, inform and report (un)solicited on administrative data to internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Inform and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding processes and service delivery, obtain and exchange information and transfer relevant data regarding assigned projects.
- Oversee the progress of the process and/or project and swiftly take action if you notice deviations.
- Take responsibility for personal development so that knowledge is up to date with regard to new developments and methods in one’s area of expertise.

Qualifications
- You have some work experience in a similar function in the business world. But demonstrable affinity with (facility) services through an education in that direction is most important to us, for example MBO-4 Facility Services.
- You have communication skills and naturally show interest.
- You have a good sense of common sense, are customer-oriented and hospitality minded.
- You know how to make every conversation and contact a positive experience, even if it’s a more difficult one.
- You are proactive and anticipate what is to come by taking immediate action.
- You are able to gain and maintain overview.
- You are team-oriented, focused on output and results and have a can-do attitude.
