Circle’s SHE department represents SHE interests for the plant and OBL area/landlord area and provides SHE services for the Site as a whole. The appointed (Plant) SHE Officers work independently within their own work area, forming – mindful of the applicable laws and regulations, environmental permits and internal procedures – the SHE conscience of the Manufacturing Owner.
They work in a complex environment, where knowledge of matters (various plants, manufacturing processes), knowledge of legislation (environmental management, discharge permit, BRZO, Nuclear Energy Act, emission permits, covenants), detailed knowledge of the internal work processes (mainly Manufex and SHE) and SHE leadership must form an important basis to be able to perform the work optimally.
