As Financial Controller you play a crucial role in guaranteeing reliable figures, providing clear reports and optimizing processes. You translate figures into insights, support the organization in decision-making and contribute with your analytical view and critical attitude to the further professionalization and growth of our company.
As Financial Controller, you are responsible for the financial administration and reporting of multiple business units. You see to it that financial data is processed correctly, timely and completely and provide reliable management information with which the organization can plan and steer. You work closely with Business Control and the Manager Finance and actively contribute to the improvement of processes and reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger and prepare financial reports.
- Assist with financial statements and (intermediate) consolidations.
- Function as the first point of contact for financial issues within your business units.
- Collaborate with Business Control to improve financial insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization of financial processes together with the Manager Finance.
- Identifies information needs within the organization and translates them into concrete reports.
- Processes and models data into actionable management information.
- Designs and optimizes dashboards.
- Provides management and user support for reporting tools.

- Minimum demonstrable college level of work and thinking.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.

- Ability to prioritize and keep appointments.
- Pragmatic thinking skills, team orientation and a strong focus on output and results.
