On June 1, 2023, Sitech split into two independent companies: Sitech Services, which was acquired by Ebert Hera, and Sitech Holding. For Sitech Holding, this marked the beginning of a journey toward becoming an independent, ambitious company. Which focuses on supporting the chemical industry in its transition to a sustainable future, with innovative infrastructure solutions.
An important milestone has now been reached! As of Nov. 27, 2023, Sitech Holding’s operations will continue under a new name: Circle Infra Partners.
A new name for a company with a long history. Circle Infra Partners owns some of the infrastructure at Chemelot in the areas of rail, roads, sewers, buildings and operates a large water treatment plant.
