Welcome to Chemelot’s OBL Portal.
The Site Office safeguards the safety, health and environment for the surrounding area and everyone working within the “public” area (Outside Battery Limits) on the Chemelot site. We do this by conducting supervision and enforcement, reviewing HSE design and implementation plans, a work release, managing the work permit system and the Management of Change (MOC) process in accordance with site regulations. In addition, the Site Office ensures that the location of all cables and pipelines in the OBL area are current and up to date, and in line with the WIBON law.
