As Manager Infra Services, you are responsible for leading and developing a critical infrastructure organization within a complex industrial environment. You operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management, ensuring that the infrastructure is managed in a reliable, secure, and future-proof manner.

Your focus is squarely on leadership and coordination. You will continue to build a high-performance team, establish structure and priorities in a dynamic environment, and translate strategic objectives into clear frameworks for Infra Services. You are the face of Infra Services to internal and external stakeholders and serve as a connecting link within the organization and the broader industry site.

In this role, you’ll ensure that Infra Services remains stable and future-proof in a complex and sensitive environment. You provide stability and direction, make clear decisions, and ensure that responsibilities are assigned appropriately. You combine leadership with strategic insight and ensure that the organization does not depend on individuals, but functions in a robust and future-proof manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and communicating the vision and strategic direction for Infra Services
  • Creating a predictable, secure, and forward-looking infrastructure organization
  • Ultimate responsibility for performance in the areas of safety, compliance, costs, quality, and availability
  • Managing OPEX, CAPEX, and Improvement Initiatives
  • Establishing and Ensuring Governance, Mandates, and Decision-Making
  • Representing Infra Services to management, boards, and external partners
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Infra Services team
  • Fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous development

You are someone who maintains a broad perspective, isn’t afraid to make decisions, and empowers others. You feel at home in a dynamic, industrial environment where interests sometimes conflict, and you know how to navigate these situations effectively.

Qualifications

  • HBO+/university-level work and thinking skills
  • Extensive management experience in an industrial or infrastructure-intensive environment
  • Experience managing highly educated professionals
  • Experience in complex stakeholder and governance environments
